WALLMANS WAS THE FIRST IN SWEDEN WITH DINNER SHOWS

Dinner show – the successful combination of great food and entertainment. The foundation was laid by entertainment icon Hasse Wallman back in 1956, and Swedes have been having a little more fun ever since. The concept has expanded across Sweden, and beyond its borders to Copenhagen and Oslo, as well as on tour.

Wallmans Oslo is located in charming historic surroundings, in the old “Mølla” by the Akerselva river in Sagene. The former spinning mill, dating back to the mid-19th century, with its brick walls and large glass windows, has in recent decades been home to well-known names within the restaurant and entertainment industry. Among others, Gino Valente’s restaurant concept “Cabaret” and the recordings of “Casino” with Halvard Flatland took place here. In other words, laughter, applause and the aroma of good food have been part of Mølla’s walls since the 1980s.

The artists, who also serve as your waiters throughout the evening, are your personal guides on a journey through decades of music and the flavours of a carefully composed menu.

Mikael Gordon-Solfors helped create the Wallmans concept together with Hasse Wallman and has since been one of the driving forces behind its development. As of a year ago, he is once again CEO of Wallmans Group Nordic, where he carries the legacy forward with the same focus on glamour, quality and guest experience that once laid the foundation for Wallmans’ success.
